Our comprehensive advertising extends to the major property portals of Joopla, Homelet and Gumtree as well as advertising in the local Observer and Leader publications across the Boroughs of Harrow, Hillingdon and Ealing. Eye- catching property particulars with internal and external photographs all assist in locating the right tenant.

Comprehensive referencing of the proposed tenants, with the option of rental guarantee and legal expenses cover will be available, in addition to drafting of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement and preparation of a property inventory. In

addition, we will collect the first month’s rent in advance, together with a tenancy deposit, arrange for future payment of rent and advise you fully on all legal obligations a landlord must abide by. These will include registration of the tenant’s deposit under a Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme, the provision of an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), complying with electrical safety regulations, gas safety regulations and The Housing Act 2004.
